Last night there was a live chat with Carol Mendelsohn. Unfortunately due to the fact that I live on the other side of the world and it started at 2am our time, I couldn't stay up for it because I had work the next day.

Thanks to Jorja Fox Online I got a chance to read the best spoilers EVER!!

To summarize all the good stuff:

We're going to be looking for clues to where Grissom's been and where he's heading.

Who are the Highest Paid Actors on TV?

Is it my imagination or are some of the actors below overpaid while others are severely underpaid? Ignoring all the new shows since naturally they're not gonna pay an actor 300 grand per episode when they don't even know if the show is going to last past the first 5, but for the older ones, like The Mentalist, CSI Miami etc.. it's a bit too much.

David Caruso gets $375,000 an episode just to put on his sunglasses and pose with his hands on his hips...how much do they pay the sunglasses of justice to endure that torture?

Nathan Fillion (aka Castle) ONLY gets paid $100,000 an episode! COME ON!! That show is awesome and THAT'S ALL they're paying him after 3 very successful seasons?

Even Two and a Half Men newbie Ashton Kutcher is getting $700,000 while veteran John Cryer gets less than him at $600,000 per episode.

Hey, at least Ted Danson isn't getting paid more than Marg Helgenberger on CSI this season.

The Awesome and the Horrible: May Finales 2011

Now that all the finales have aired, tis the time to blog about the awesomeness of some and the crappiness of others. But before we start let me say this:

This post contains major spoilers about these shows: (CSI, CSI NY, Bones, SVU, Modern Family, Castle, Fringe, Nikita, Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters, Hawaii 5-0, House, NCIS, NCIS LA, The Good Wife, Criminal Minds, Criminal Minds Suspect Behavior, Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice and The Office)

WARNING! If you haven't watched any of the shows mentioned above or their finales yet then DON'T READ THIS POST as it contains LOTS OF SPOILERS!

Ok, you've been warned, read at your own risk of being spoiled:

Lets start with CSI which has officially become CSI: Langston. It wins the award for the worst finale of all..since the last thing we all needed was MORE Ray drama. Who gives a flying f*** what kind of beef Nate Haskell has with Super Ray, it would have been the perfect finale if Haskell killed Ray. Maybe CSI should have been canceled instead of moving to Wednesdays next season.

Fringe wasn't too great either..as much as I ~~love~~ loved the show and enjoyed most of the finale when I watched the last few minutes I had a Lost flashback. Maybe I should stop watching it before they disappoint us with a series finale where either everyone turns out to be dead or maybe that the whole thing turns out to be Walters dream...wait a second...what they did was worse..PETER NEVER EXISTED! Now how will they weasel their way out of that one?

Desperate Housewives was too predictable and this will most likely be the very last episode I'll watch. I had to force myself to watch this last season. In my opinion, the show's run its course and all they seem to be doing is repeating the same old storylines over and over...come on, we all know by the end of next season Lynette and Tom will be back together.

I have to admit that I was a little sad when I found out that the season finale of Brothers & Sisters was the series finale. I know that the whole season was more than a little boring but by the end it had become interesting again. The finale was the best episode of the season. I'm hoping the new show that will be replacing it, Once Upon A Time, will be as good as it sounds, can't wait to see Jennifer Morrison back on tv again!

Hawaii 5-0 was just plain awesome, full of action, suspense and had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. I can't wait to see how McGarrett is gonna get our of this one now that the governor is dead and he's been framed. BTW, I kinda guessed that the governor and Wo Fat were in cahoots from the very beginning.

As for House, I never thought I'd see the day where the writers would just give up and air the worst episode EVER. It wasn't just bad or boring it was horrible. It would have made an ok series finale but as a season finale it was too weak.I wonder how next season will go without Cuddy.

In my books Castle ranks as one of the best series finales that aired this year, correction, the second best season finale that aired this year. He finally admits to Beckett that he loves her...before she looses consciousness. Lets hope she doesn't die on him, or end up with amnesia....just teasing.

NCIS: What happened again...Nope not kidding, I'm serious, I can't remember what happened in the finale. Either it was as forgettable as I think it was or I watched way too many shows that day that were much more entertaining.

NCIS LA was awesome, the shocking revelation that they threw at us was just WOW! Hetty is a member of the family that wants Callan dead! And she's known who he is all along!

All I want to say about The Good Wife is SQUEEEEE!!! Hopefully Will and Alicia don't end up falling asleep or being called away on an emergency before anything smutty happens between them.

Modern Family was just as forgettable as NCIS. Nothing interesting really happened, although Gloria was hilarious, as always.

Suspect Behavior: Now why would you end your first season in a life or death cliffhanger and a "to be continued" at the end before you find out if you're getting picked up or not? I demand one more episode!

The best part of the Criminal Minds season finale was JJ's "I'm coming back" at the end. I have to admit that when I saw her name in the credits I thought that she'd be IN the episode, and not just show up for 2 lines. In other good news next season Prentis will be back too!! I cant wait to see how they play this one out!

As much as I loved the whole season of Grey's Anatomy the season finale was just lame. I really don't know what else to say. I'm very disappointed.

The Private Practice finale was so much better than Grey's, I don't remember reading anything about Tim Daly leaving so I'm guessing they won't kill off Pete, but I do foresee possible problems for Vi & Pete down the road. As for Naomi leaving, good riddance, I never really liked her character and lately she's been as whiny as Meredith on Grey's. And my fingers are crossed that Adisam are back on because Addison is becoming as annoying as Naomi without him.

The CSI NY finale was SO much better than the original CSI's finale. I have to admit that I loved it, and I hope that the guys over in CSI take note of how a season finale is written.

The Office was over the minute Michael Scott said his goodbyes...after that I had to force myself to watch the remainder of the season, and even Dwight became acting manager for an episode didn't make Michale's absence any better or the episode any funnier. I'm thinking that next season will probably be their last.

I didn't start watching Nikita until the season was over and so I was able to have a marathon over the weekend. Once you start watching you can't stop, I had to force myself to turn off the TV and sleep at night, Now I'm wondering what will season 2 be like now that Nikita and Michael are on the run from division and have the black box.

Law and Order SVU was just a plain everyday episode, nothing special really happened. Truth be told the whole thing was a little boring. And I was disappointed with the death they teased about.

And saving the best till last, Bones was just AMAZING! Booth and Brennan FINALLY slept together AND she's having his baby...OMG!! I still can't believe that the last few minutes actually happened...I do feel slightly cheated that we didnt get to see them "get together", it's not like we've been waiting 6 years for that moment to finally happen.

CSI: Las Vegas - Field Mice

It seems like TPTB over at CSI have decided to air yet another "lab rat" episode and the press release for this episode which is titled Field Mice is out.

When Hodges and Wendy take a group of high school CSI Explorer Scouts on a field trip, they embellish their role in solving cases and take their assignment a little bit too far.

And this time the writers are none other than CSI's own Liz Vassey (Wendy Simms) and Wallace Langham (Hodges).

Something that really caught my attention was the names of the characters:

Derrick Gold (Warrick Brown) - 2nd from the right
Guillermo Seidel (Gil + Sidle - and is supposed to be a young version of Grissom) - far left
Katy Cypress (Catherine Willows) - 3rd from the left
Melvin Dodge (David Hodges) - not in the picture

Another reason I look forward to this episode is that we may get to see some more "Wedges" since the last two lab rat episodes had their fair share of extremely cute "Wendy/Hodges" moments.

Unfortunately Jorja Fox won't be in this episode. It would have been nice to see Sara interact with young Guillermo Seidel.

Guess Who's Coming Back to CSI!!!

Yes! Jorja Fox is coming back to CSI as Sara Sidle...sans Grissom, so far it's only for 5 episodes...but one can hope that it's full time and we're also going to find out why she's back in Vegas on her own and where Grissom is in the season 10 premier of CSI this September. Rumor has it that Sara and Grissom are now married...lets hope that it's true!

Prison Break - Best Series Finlae Ever

It takes a lot for a show to make me cry, series finales usually have me on the verge of tears regardless because it's the end of a great TV show, and yes the show has to be great if I'm going to be religiously watching it until it ends.

Now take note all you producers out there because THAT is the way you end a show...have people crying during the last few minutes and for hours afterwards & not because the show ended.

I spent the final two hours of the show first worried that Michael wouldn't be able to save both Sara and Link, then afraid Link would die, then afraid for Sara, and after sitting on the edge of my seat throughout the finale, I finally breathed a sigh of relief when they were all free from being on the run from the law, the General and "Mummy".

But this happy ending didnt last for long...it just seemed too good to be true, and while Michael & Sara are walking on the beach talking about the baby and being a hands on father, Micheal gets a nose bleed which Sara wipes for him wordlessly and he thanks her...(has this been happening for a while?)...he thanks her and tells her that he loves her and she says the same to him hugging him tightly, and the saddest look ever on her face...she looked like she was wishing he would survive long enough to see his first born. (yep and the tears have started running down my face again)

We then fast forward to 4 years later, we see what's become of the General who is being executed, T-Bag who ended up in jail and is still there, and the rest of the gang...Sucre and his daughter, Link and his girlfriend and we hear that his son doesn't want to take his finals....we see them all getting ready to go somewhere for a few days, in my heart I know exactly where they're going but I hope that I'm wrong and that they're just going to Michael's son's/daughter's birthday party...then we see Sara buying flowers and again I know what's coming but I still hope that I'm wrong...when she calls her son Michael and tells him they have to go I loose it and the tears refuse to stop falling (they wont stop falling now either) because it's obvious now that what I was dreading is real...Michael is dead...they go to visit his grave, each one pays a tribute to him in their own way, while Sara is sitting on the ground with their son in her lap. She's the last one to leave his grave and she taps the headstone and walks away leaving us staring at the inscription:

I think I'm gonna be crying over the ending for the rest of the month.

Bones Season Finale - The End in the Beginning

I spent two months looking forward to the season finale of one of my favorite shows ever, Bones, and reading every single interview and spoiler available which all basically said that we were finally gonna see Bones and Booth in bed together.

I should have just put two and two together or read in between the lines...one of the spoilers mentioned that the whole bedroom scene wasnt going to be a halucination...I should have known better when they said it wasnt gonna be one or a dream...then what do you call it when Booth dreams the whole episode while he's in a 4 day coma?

Don't get me wrong, I loved seeing Booth and Brennan in bed (finally!) right at the beginning and loved their lovey dovey interaction all through the episode (a dream come true). But the truth is I expected to see them get together for real...you know have Brennan realise that she could have almost lost Booth and admit that she loves him, decide to get pregnant the "fun" way....well you know what I mean.

So yeah I guess I can say as much as the episode was different and funny and had what we've been waiting for, I was very disappointed in the end....especially the moment we find out that Booth has amnesia...now for how long is this amnesia going to last...please dont let it be for a whole season!

And finally here's an article that to me says the exact opposite of what happened in the finale.

Farewell Grissom

Thursday was Grissom's farewell episode...yes as of next week there will be no more Grissom on CSI and I'm dreading that moment. To tell you the truth Laurence Fishburn's character, Dr Raymond Langston, didn't grow on me like Riley did. I'm not sure I'm gonna even like his character.

Well at least TPTB gave us GSR shippers the ending we were all waiting for...yep Grissom and Sara are finally together and let me tell you that was an AMAZING reunion. As soon as Grissom started running towards Sara I started to cry tears of pure joy...and just so you know I'm no sap and it takes a lot to make me cry but this had me sobbing for about half an hour after I finished watching it! You have to admit that William Petersen and Jorja Fox have amazing chemistry.

Goodbye Grissom

Next week's TV Guide has and article dedicated to Grissom's final episode (One to Go) airing January 15th on CBS.

In the article several members of the cast and crew were interviewed and are talking about their favorite Grissom and Billy moments, unfortunately Jorja Fox wasn't one of them. I'm still hoping that we're gonna get a surprise visit from her sometime during One To Go. Ausiello did say that we're gonna love the last scene from that episode.

Saving Sara Sidle recently interviewed David Rambo.

Who is Rambo? David Rambo is one of the writers for the hit tv show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. One of his most memorable episodes (and the first one he ever wrote for CSI) is season four's Butterflied. He also wrote Grissom's proposal to Sara in Season eight.

In the interview Rambo talks about the "cocoon" from season seven, and why they never followed through with the story. He also talks about Grissom's departure from the show telling us that "some will love it, some will hate it", but the mention of Billy Petersen being happy with it as well as Rambo, has me feeling optimistic about the whole thing...I'm still hoping for that happy ending with Grissom & Sara riding off into the sunset together.

Another thing that Rambo mentioned in his interview was that fact that Grissom and Sara were always meant for each other and that they are the perfect couple, and that the reason they got together on a Sunday was because it was a "day off". Lol.

Are Grissom & Sara married and will we ever find out if they are...his answer to that was that we would just have to keep watching to find out...so what does that mean? It could mean that we may have a surprise visit later on in the season, or a mention at some point.

One thing that had me laughing as I read the interview was the fact that the kiss between Grissom and Sara in Goodbye & Good Luck, needed 3 or 4 takes to get it right....well if I were in Jorja's shoes, I would have made sure it wasn't perfect from the first take...who would ruin an oppertunity like that!

More DVD's For My Collection

I finally went DVD shopping to balad today, I haven't gone in over a month and during that month a friend of mine discovered a new DVD store that actually has much more shows than the one I go to...they have themselves a new customer!

So now I have these DVD's added to my collection:

NCIS Seasons 4 and 5 - Yes FINALLY after months and months of searching I found them at ABC DVD
CSI NY Season 3 - Ironically I cant find 2 but why say no to season 2, when I find 2 then I'll just buy it!
Dirty Sexy Money - My sister told me that she watched it on cabel and that it's cool, seeing that she was the one who recomended Brothers and Sisters and I totally fell in love with the show I thought I'd give it a shot.
Boston Legal Season 3 - Who doesnt love Denny Crane? I've watched it on TV but I just had to have the DVD too, now my Boston Legal collection is complete with all 4 seasons!

And last but not least, after reading the Da Vinci Code how could I not buy the movie to compare, I love Tom Hanks so I hope this movie lives up to my expectations.

CSI - What Should Have Happened (scenes that were cut from some GSR'y episodes)

I was updating my LJ theme and looking through some old posts (ok well the only 5 there), and let me tell you it's been almost a year since I last posted there, and I came across some really old CSI spoilers someone sent me once upon a time, these are scenes that never made it to air on some of the most memorable (and my favorite) episodes of all time. And here I am posting them here just because I feel bored and have nothing better to do.

To Quote mystery:

Remember when One Hit Wonder was originally chock full of GSR goodies? Did you know that in Gum Drops Sara was supposed to walk out of the bathroom in a towel as Grissom casually read the paper and drank his coffee?

Here is a cut scene from A Bullet Runs Through It Part 2:

This occurs after the confrontation between Sara, Grissom, and Sofia in Grissom’s office:

Sara is eating at a Sushi Bar when she sees Grissom enter.
Sara: I’ve never seen you here.
Grissom: First time.
Sara: What are the chances?
Grissom: Zero. Greg mentioned you’d be here.
They talk for a few minutes, and then Grissom’s phone rings. He takes the call, and apologizes to Sara for having to leave, but duty calls. This is how the scene ends:

STAY with Grissom, as he clicks off. Then, to the Sushi Chef –
Grissom: I’ll take mine to go.

He stands, turns to Sara, grabs both checks.

Grissom: It’s on me. See you back at the lab. (a beat then) You being angry at me made me feel closer to you.

Grissom exits. OFF Sara watching him go, lunchus interruptus.

Way to Go:

Long before the Way to Go script was written, I posted some information about there being a definitive GSR scene in the finale. There was much discussion about the way this scene would unfold. They opted against it being physical in nature, and they did tweak the end slightly, however there was never any physical interaction filmed. I've been asked several times if there was a kiss filmed, and to answer that question definitively: there was never a kiss filmed for Way to Go.

Nesting Dolls:

The backstory reveal went pretty much as planned, however, Grissom was scripted to hug Sara after the reveal. As we all know, that didn't happen.

Committed

Oh, don't get me started on Committed.

All this was in the original script for Committed:

Originally, when Sara and Grissom were questioning Adam Trent, he [Adam] envisoned violently raping Sara. As he raped her from behind, he banged her head against the floor.

In the scene where Adam took Sara hostage, he originally beat the shit out of her. He threw her around the room, slammed her into the walls, and she fought back hard - that ended with a very disturbing visual as he pushed her to her knees, and she disappeared from our line of sight while Adam remained standing over her.

And, yes, the inference is exactly what you're thinking it is.

Originally, when Grissom comes upon the scene, he's more noticeably upset, completely fixated on the shiv against Sara's throat. Eventually, Adam pushes the shiv so hard against her throat, that it breaks the skin and she starts bleeding, and that it was causes Grissom to snap and pick up the chair and start banging it against the glass.

After Sara is freed, Grissom was supposed to wander very zombie-like throughout the remainder of the episode. He was very disturbed about what had happened.

One Hit Wonder

Here's what was supposed to happen in One Hit Wonder

Yeahhhh. If you go to the original One Hit Wonder thread, you'll see that all the Nick scenes were supposed to be Grissom scenes. It was intended to be a G/S fest. No hugs and kisses or anything, but they were to share a lot of screen time. All we got in the end was that small part with them in the locker room. Why, you may ask, were the scenes cut? One Hit Wonder was the fourteenth episode of the third season. The fifteenth? Lady Heather's Box. TPTB sacrificed a G/S episode for a sweeps stunt -- a sweeps stunt which they pimped like CRAZY.

The same thing happened with Committed, which was being written before the whole let's-bury-a-CSI-alive-hey-get-Quentin-Tarantino two hour episode. They couldn't overdramatize Sara in peril when Nick would get kidnapped and held for ransom a couple of episode later.

Time of Your Death:

There were minor changes, but nothing that affected the overall tone of the episode as it relates to the GSR. The stage directions for the Caprice scene and the end scene left no doubt about what was going on, although the SDs for the end scene could be interpreted in two ways. A few key points before I post the end SDs for ToYD - in the script when Nick talks about nothing in Vegas happening by chance... hell, I'll post that too. Seeing it makes a difference:

Nick: You know, the biggest fantasy in Vegas is that everything here happens by chance. Nothing here happens by chance. The odds are set before you get off the plane.

And then, Catherine and Greg have their exchange, and these are the final SDs for ToYD:

Catherine and Greg head out the door...

Leaving Grissom and Sara alone. Staring at each other. Wondering.

As to the wondering? I think they were wondering about fate, although how they chose to play it, it came across as Grissom eyesex texting Sara that he wanted to do her on the breakroom table.

Gum Drops

In Gum Drops Grissom shows up at Sara's motel room door, they have sex, and in the morning she comes out of the bathroom in a towel while Grissom, completely nonchalant, sits and reads the paper and drinks his coffee.

In A Bullet Runs Through It 2, there was not, IMHO, that level of intimacy. Maybe they've had sex, maybe they haven't, but they don't seem quite as familiar with one another. Their interaction in A Bullet Runs Through It 2 is more tentative than in Gum Drops, although the inference was definitely that something was going on between the two of them.

So, I think they wanted to reveal the relationship as established, but the degree to which they were established varied with the scripts. We were never going to see Grissom's very first move toward a relationship with Sara, although some scripts definitely had us at different stages in their relationship (Gum Drops, ABRTI2, WtG).

I think depending on whatever script that we would have gotten scenes like ABRTI2, where their step toward a relationship was newer, but that something had already shifted. They were never going to show us Grissom giving himself a pep talk and stalking the labitrail on a mission to find Sara in order to tell her that he finally knew what to do about "this." And, personally, I didn't want to see that (for about 1000 different reasons). On the flip side, we had Gum Drops, and while some people may have wondered if it was a comfort fuck Grissom's complete ease the next morning undermines that train of thought. So, it was a toss-up, they went back and forth with it all season; and, also, in regard to WtG. We were always going to have a peek into what was going on, or a defining moment of an already changing relationship. They went the extreme route in WtG by inferring they've been together for quite some time.

Bite Me

This is more my impression than actual script information, but it has been my belief that the scene in Bite Me was Grissom jabbing at Sara rather than Grissom actually feeling smothered. It actually makes more sense if you watch it that way, as opposed to assuming that Grissom is feeling smothered.

I will try to lay this out, YMMV -

Sara has been waiting for Grissom to come around for a long time, and she is probably the lowest maintenance woman on the planet. If and when he made a move toward a relationship, as Gum Drops would later suggest, I do not, under any circumstances, believe Sara would lay down the law and force Grissom into more of a commitment than he was ready for. In fact, I think she would be the more tentative one, initially overly conscientious, because it took Grissom so long to come around.

Now, in Gum Drops, Grissom showed up at her door with a lame excuse about Greg snoring/talking in his sleep, and she let him in. It played out almost as if he felt he needed to explain why he was there.

So, in retrospect, I think Sara had said to him something along the lines of, "we work together, we're seeing each other, we need to be careful not to smother each other," and that sentiment didn't sit well with Grissom. He's always been the more obsessive/possessive one in the relationship, and once he made his move that was going to be it. So, I think he was ragging her about the smothering thing, and she was telling him that two people don't need to spend every waking hour together in order to have sex and romance, which, if Gum Drops would have aired, they had both. And, in Gum Drops, Grissom initiated both.

Any triangle that existed was only in Sofia's mind. There is no question, at all, even given the intensity of the original confrontation in Grissom's office in ABRTI2, where Grissom's loyalty lay. And, Sara said as much to him when he found her in the Sushi Bar.

In the commentary for Snakes the general consensus was that he was going to ask her to dinner, or to take the next step in their relationship.

Q: What about the end of Bloodlines? Was there anything cut from the end scene?

Mystery: No, but Grissom holding her hand wasn't scripted, that was put in by WP.

Q: I think I remember Compulsion was to be a bit more GSR friendly originally, with Grissom going all alpha. Anything more on that?

Mystery: Yeah, it was. Sara was called a Bitch several times by the perp. At one point, Grissom was supposed to get in the guy's face, alas it was cut.

Q: And Butterflied. Anything on Butterflied? (ETA: Aside from the original speech, I mean).

Mystery: I think the change that stands out most to me was that there were several different scenes of Grissom positioning Debbie's body, but the killer (heh) was when Grissom inserted himself into the murder and actually "killed" Debbie Marlin. Yowza.

(about ABRTI)

Q: Why did Grissom think Sara was angry at him?

Mystery: He didn't think, he knew. The original confrontation in the office was much more intense.

Q: Why did Grissom go? Was it to ask Sara out?

Mystery: Based on my interpretation of the script, they were already together in some capacity in ABRTI2, although it came across as a fairly new development.

GRISSOM: How’s the octopus? Oh, I almost forgot. You’re not a piscatarian. You’re a vegetarian.

She smiles, for once he remembered.

SARA: Tofu’s good.

GRISSOM: Tried it once. It’s like brains

And that was it! Doesn't it make a huge difference when you know what was supposed to happen along with what actually happened. I look forward to reading more spoilers of this kind one day.

TV in Ramadan

I'll be the first to admit that I'm a TV show addict, give me any medical or crime show and I'll sit there and watch it, of course I do like other shows too.

Unlike the rest of the Arab world, Ramadan is the one month out of the whole year where I don't watch TV. Shocking isn't it. While everyone else I know is suddenly hooked on really dumb and meaningless Arab drama's (I heard that there's over 100 Arabic Drama's airing during this month), where the actors don't even know how to act, I find myself with nothing at all to watch except reruns of shows I've watched hundreds of times or even shows that never finished airing in their original countries, or as I like to call them, looser shows.

Channels like MBC4 and MBC Action stop all their regular programming and bring a different variety of shows for the whole month...what happens to the shows they stop airing, the don't bring them back after Ramadan, instead they start a new cycle of shows and remember these unfinished seasons just before the next Ramadan. And you wonder why people now resort to buying bootleg DVD's instead of watching TV.

The only channel that doesnt change it's schedule during Ramadan is Dubai One, they followed in the footsteps of MBC the first year they opened and never repeated it again. But alas at the moment they don't have any shows worth watching.

Summer is Finally Over

Yep! Summer is finally over and as of today I can start downloading my shows again, unlike last year where I started off with CSI only, then went on to Bones & NCIS after the writers strike, this year I have many many more shows to download thanks to the bootleg DVD stores here who got me hooked on so many shows that I still have a lot of DVD's I haven't watched yet.

I have still no idea if I'm gonna resort to buying them or actually download them. I'm not blessed with super fast internet like many of the people I know and it takes each show between 4 & 12 hours to download and to make things worse, I have a 5GB monthly limit & after that my slow internet becomes even slower, imagine 512KBS cut down to 128KBS..now how many 350MB shows can you download a month with that kind of limit?

So as of now my shows are:

Bones (I have to download it, am totally addicted to it)
NCIS (Also have to download because thats one show they dont have at Hammoudeh DVD)
CSI (That I have to download the second it's on the torrent sites)
Pushing Daisies (My new addiction, that is a must download right away too)
Without a Trace (Not as important as the rest but will download it)
Prison Break (I'm still wondering should I waste the MB's on it or just buy each episode)
Lost (Oh now that is a must download right away, pity I have to wait till January)
House (Will buy it)
Desperate Housewives (Will buy it)
Private Practice (Will buy it)

I still have more but those I can either wait till they air here in a few more years or wait till Hammoudeh DVD downloads the whole season next year and sells it.

Reality TV

I've noticed that reality TV has become too common lately, every washed up former star, be it a movie star, TV star, singer, or even sports star makes a comeback on some really cheesy kind of reality show.

Don't get me wrong I'm not against all these shows, there are some that are actually quite entertaining and not total crap...a few examples are, American Idol, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Hells Kitchen and The Biggest Looser.

Now what I'm talking about is the crap like Britney and K-Fed's reality show..yes it was so crappy that I can't even remember the name, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey's newly wed show, oh and I can't forget Tori Spelling's Inn Love. Oops I forgot to mention Paris Hilton's crappy show The Simple Life. And the worst kind..well they have got to be the ones where a band is looking for a new replacement. Notice that I can't even remember their names.

I miss the good old days when there were only a few reality shows, now everywhere you turn you hear of some washed up actor or singer having one of their very own, and the worst thing is the Arab networks love buying the crap! At least in the US these shows are shown on cable, I don't think any network in their right mind would even consider making or buying a show made by Paris Hilton or Britney Spears (except Fox who tend to cancel all the good shows after a few years)!
